Responsibilities

• Fill in sub as needed
• Cooking, cleaning, organizing center.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and social interaction among students.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere for all children.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience of students.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment that is conducive to learning.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
• Help keep TRS up to date.

Skills

• Experience working with children in a classroom or caregiving setting.
• Effective classroom management techniques to maintain order and promote positive behavior.
• Ability to educate young learners through engaging activities tailored to their developmental needs.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A nurturing attitude combined with patience and creativity in teaching methods.
