Job Description Job Description On-Site Manager/Property Manager Looking to hire an experienced resident manager for a VERY BUSY multi family 100 unit complex. Qualified Candidate must be committed to providing above average results daily and possess the following: Experience with HUD/Tax Credit properties and able to adhere to the specific government guidelines. Knowledge of Fair Housing and Fair Credit Reporting Act. Proficient with Property Management Software RealPage/One-Site. Heavy paperwork and use of computer for most tasks. Minimum two years of related multi-family property management experience (50 units or more) preferred. Positive and professional attitude. Good communication and written skills. Exceptional attention to detail and able to multi task Able to provide excellent customer service while providing the highest standards for resident service. Possible opportunity to live on site Duties include: Collecting Rents Making deposits Showing units Handling maintenance requests & creating work orders in software system Handling tenant notices Weekly and Monthly reports Tenant file updates and compliance Full Time Salary plus benefits.
