Job Title: Graduate Intern Chief of Staff
Location: Berkeley Heights, NJ (On-site)
Compensation: $20/hour
Job Type: Full-Time Internship (3040 hours/week)
Duration: 6 months or longer
Start Date: May 2025
Reports To: CEO, K9 Resorts

Are you a driven, highly organized graduate student ready to gain exposure to real-world executive operations? Join K9 Resorts as a Chief of Staff Intern, supporting our CEO in the day-to-day execution of top strategic priorities across our growing national franchise system.
This is a rare opportunity to develop leadership, communication, and operational skills while working at the highest level of a luxury Pet Hotel brand.

What Youll Do
Serve as a direct support to the CEO, helping manage priorities, timelines, and high-level initiatives
Prepare executive-level presentations, briefings, and internal communications
Track progress on key initiatives across departments and report on outcomes
Coordinate with leadership teams to ensure alignment and follow-through
Research trends, competitors, or emerging opportunities and provide recommendations
Help manage the CEOs schedule, meetings, and cross-functional communications

What Were Looking For
Enrolled in a graduate program (hospitality or business preferred)
Strong communicator with excellent writing, editing, and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and discreet with confidential information
Analytical thinker who can manage multiple projects and priorities
Adaptable, proactive, and thrives in a dynamic, fast paced setting
A keen attention to detail
An extreme sense of urgency, gets things done

This is a paid internship open to graduate-level students currently enrolled in a masters program (MBA, MS in Hospitality, or similar). Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and be available to work on-site in Berkeley Heights, NJ. While this position does not guarantee future employment, top-performing interns may be considered for long-term opportunities within our organization.
