Job Description:
This role is responsible for the merchant rewards process and control management. Key responsibilities include managing merchant and subscription rebate SPIs, processes, controls, key performance metrics, process management, and serving as the primary point of contact for legal, risk, and controls. The role involves ensuring controls are aligned with processes and responsibilities, ensuring offers presented to clients comply with guidelines and procedures, and delivering on commitments to clients.

Pay range: $113,000.00 - $165,100.00 annually, with offers based on experience, education, and skills. Discretionary incentive eligibility applies.
