What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design, plan, and conduct user research using both qualitative and quantitative techniques
• Create user personas, journey maps, user flows, and user stories based on research insights
• Analyze and synthesize data from various sources to generate actionable recommendations for digital products
• Document and share research findings with internal clients and leadership through engaging presentations
• Manage multiple studies with varied scopes effectively

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience required (4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment)
• Minimum of 6 years working in the field of UX, digital experience, or product management
• At least 2 years of project management experience with demonstrated skills and successes
• Minimum of 1 year of data analysis experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

• Ability to distill complex technical subjects into user?friendly presentations and digital communications
• Experience working independently with minimal supervision and in team environments sharing responsibility
