Position: Digital Community Engagement Lead

We are seeking a creative and trend-savvy individual to take charge of our online communities for a dynamic beauty brand. As the primary digital representative, you will foster genuine connections with our audience, ensuring our social channels remain vibrant and interactive. If you have a knack for discovering emerging trends on platforms like TikTok and Instagram, and thrive in fast-paced digital environments, this opportunity is for you.

Main Duties:

• Act as the daily point of contact on all major social platforms, responding to messages, comments, and user-generated content.
• Track brand mentions and interact with fans and creators in a manner that reflects our playful yet professional tone.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere while addressing real-time concerns from our community.
• Stay ahead of digital trends by researching viral content, new formats, and notable creator activities each week.
• Analyze competitor initiatives in the beauty space and share actionable insights with the team.
• Identify up-and-coming influencers across various demographics within beauty, lifestyle, and culture.
• Oversee product gifting programs, coordinate outreach, manage deliverable expectations, and monitor engagement metrics.
• Support digital campaigns on e-commerce platforms by facilitating influencer communications and deliverables.
• Work alongside strategy teams to brainstorm initiatives that boost engagement, expand reach, and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Evaluate analytics to refine community management strategies over time.

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in social media management or influencer partnerships (beauty or lifestyle sectors preferred).
• Expertise in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and familiarity with emerging social platforms.
• Exceptional writing skills with a knack for crafting witty and brand-appropriate responses.
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and collaborative mindset.
• Strong enthusiasm for beauty trends, skincare innovation, glamour culture, and pop culture phenomena.
• Must be available to work full-time onsite in Orange County, CA
