Job Description

Hello, Spring Creek Healthcare Center is actively looking to hire a PRN RN or LPN to cover MedPass on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. We have 6a-10a and 6p-10p shifts available. You could pick up some or all of these shifts.

Pay Range (DOE):

RN: $35-45/hour

LPN: $26-36/hour

Job Description:

Administer patient medication according to physician's orders
Chart the medication administration as required
Monitor patient conditions and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice

Requirements:

Possess a current Utah RN or LPN license in good standing
Effectively communicate on a personal level with residents, family members, personnel, visitors, etc.
Able to make decisions independently when warranted
Knowledge of medical and nursing practices and procedures
Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws and regulations pertaining to long-term care
