Responsibilities As a Level 2 Project Coordinator, participate in conceptual design and provide full support throughout the entire project. Coordinate with project team leaders for appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. Adept at BIM and other software used in the production of construction documentation. Work directly with the project architect/senior project coordinator and project team. Qualifications A bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in architecture or equivalent is required. Three or more years of experience or equivalent in all technical phases of architecture. Additional industry certifications preferred (e.g., LEED, DBIA, CDT). Exhibits basic understanding of California building, local city, and zoning codes. A “can-do” attitude, is a team player, and exhibits excellent communication skills with clients and staff. Fast learner, highly motivated, and able to meet tight deadlines. Strong Revit modeling skills. Benefits Alternative work schedule of 40 hours per week based on a 4 ½-day workweek. Hybrid schedule of 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home, and half-day on Fridays. Group medical, dental, and vision plans with HSA and FSA options.
