Production Associate (Temp-to-Perm)

Location: Palmetto, FL 34221
Pay Rate: $15–$17/hour (starting)
Pay Increase Upon Permanent Hire: $18–$19/hour
Employment Type: Temporary to Permanent
Start Date: First week of February

Job Overview:
We are hiring Production Associates for a large, modern distribution facility in Palmetto, FL 34221 . This is a high-volume hiring need with multiple start dates throughout February and strong potential to transition into a permanent role based on performance and attendance.

The facility is state-of-the-art and fully air-conditioned and heated.

Shifts Available:
First and Second Shift available

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production, packaging, and distribution-related tasks
• Stand and work on your feet for the duration of the shift
• Follow safety guidelines and work instructions
• Meet productivity and quality expectations
• Assist with general warehouse or production duties as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Ability to work in a physically active environment

Qualifications:

• No prior experience required (training provided)
• English preferred but not required
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
