Kynect Express of Fredericksburg VA, is looking for Full time and part time non CDL driver positions. The Delivery driver training is provided and no experience is needed! We are looking for a positive attitude with a willingness to work and adapt to change! Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week. IMMEDIATE OPENINGS AVAILABLE!!!

Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• At least 21 years of age
• Possess a valid driver’s license
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test
• Must have a clean driving record (within the last 3 years)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use handheld devices for routing information, customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions. Load and unload packages to be delivered.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• The delivery driver performs the following tasks:
• Lift packages up to 50 lbs.
• Able to get in/out of the van, and walk up/downstairs throughout your shift.
• Able to push/pull above and below the shoulder level.
• Stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat.
• Load and unload cargo vans to deliver packages efficiently.
• This a physical and fast pace Job.

Compensation and Benefits

• $21.50/hour (starting – paid weekly)
