Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mortgage Loan Officer located in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The Mortgage Loan Officer will be responsible for evaluating, authorizing, and recommending approval of mortgage loans. Daily tasks include working with clients to gather necessary financial information, reviewing and underwriting loan applications, and providing customer service to ensure a smooth loan process from application to closing. Collaboration with real estate professionals and other stakeholders is also required to facilitate loan processing and approval.
