Our Mohs surgeon is moving out of state so we are looking for someone with exceptional surgical skills to join our practice and take care of our patients.
We have two locations, Sebastopol (Main Office) and Clearlake.
We use a mobile lab for tissue processing and our current surgeon does Mohs one day and closes the next day.
Currently, in Sebastopol, we do 10-14 cases 5 days per month. In our Clearlake location we do 10-14 cases every 6 weeks and add an additional day as needed.
Sebastopol has 2-4 minor surgery days per month and Clearlake 1 day every 6 weeks.
Each office has a PA-C who sees regular patients and does the biopsies. You would have oversight over the PA-C's and direct the patients for Mohs or minor surgery based on your practice preferences.
Our practice management system and EMR is Modernizing Medicine - EMA - originally designed for Dermatology.
All the dermatology medical assistants are highly trained and have completed the Certified Dermtology Technician course. Most staff members have been with the company for many years and are appreciated by the providers.
Our practice is well known for personalized patient care - we actually spoil our patients and return phone calls and answer questions. Our experienced team members do as much as possible to help our surgeons have a good work / life balance.
Eye Associates Medical Group has been in business since 1972. Dermatology was added in 2006 in Sebastopol and 2009 in Clearlake.
All our systems are in place so all you have to do is come in and practice medicine and leave the management headache to us.
Compensation - If you own your own company and are an independant contractor (1099) we wil pay you 40% of net receipts andyou control your work schedule - work as much or as little as you want as long as the patients are taken care of.
If you want to work as an employee we will discuss how many surgeries you can do in a day and come up with a wage that is fair for both of us.
All current and past providers are available to talk with you about their experience with our practice.
Sonoma County is 50 minutes north of San Francisco, 40 minutes to the coast, 60 minutes to water sports, 20 minutes to hiking trails, 4 hours to snow, right in the middle of wine country and has the perfect year round temperature!
