Prepare a Test Plan. Determine the types of testing that will be executed. Design and document test cases and scripts (manual and/or automated). Identify and communicate test requirements. Establish testing entrance and exit criteria. Identify and prepare test data. Execute manual and/or automated test scripts for complex projects. Analyze, report, troubleshoot, and resolve test failures. Report overall test status and results. Report and log defects found during testing. Perform other testing tasks as required by the project. Provide knowledge transfer. Desired Skills Five (5) years' experience in Quality Assurance, creating and executing manual test cases/test scripts from scratch. Experience with SDLC methodologies, including Agile and Scrum. Experience writing and executing both positive and negative test cases. Proven ability to work collaboratively with business and technical teams, providing technical leadership. Experience with multiple programming languages, web-based applications, and databases. Experience with large, complex implementations, including third-party vendors. Experience using DevOps tools like Jira. Experience with security, accessibility, performance, and stress testing. Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical information for non-technical stakeholders. SQL experience.
