A manufacturing company is seeking a Maintenance Technician who will be responsible for the inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of process and facility-related equipment. This is a first shift position working 5 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform preventative maintenance according to schedule
Provide emergency and unscheduled repairs during production
Utilize hydraulic and pneumatic systems, as well as hand and electric tools
Perform basic facility maintenance repairs
Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders
Diagnose problems, repair equipment, and make adjustments when needed
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Record and manage work using computer system
Perform other duties assigned

Job Qualifications:

Must have at least 5 years industrial maintenance experience
Must have basic understanding of manufacturing equipment utilizing hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and hand and power tools
Must have a working knowledge of safety protocols, such as LOTO, SDS, and OSHA regulations
Must be able to diagnose problems, repair equipment, and make adjustments when needed
Must have the ability to read and understand manuals and work orders and follow maintenance schedules
Must have excellent communication and basic computer skills
Must have the ability to push, pull, and lift 50 pounds regularly
Must be able to work well under pressure and demonstrate high-level problem-solving skills
