As the Hair Salon Manager:

• You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of customer service and leading a team of dedicated stylists Your role will be pivotal in maintaining a positive work environment, fostering teamwork, and driving business growth through effective management practices

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily salon operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and client relations. 
• Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve performance goals.
• Maintain salon appearance and ensure compliance with health and safety regulationa.
• Support marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing clients.
