Real Estate Agent, with experience. The position would entail working side by side with one of Houston's Top Real Estate agents (HAR). Responsibilities include showing homes to clients, setting appointments through HAR, drafting contracts, attending Inspections and walk throughs, Hosting Open Houses. Applicant must be proficient with HAR/Matrix, Zip Forms, DocuSign and navigate CRM's (Follow up Boss). Ideal applicant is a self starter, adheres to schedules, coachable, friendly & personable. Comfortable working with customers and clients, a problem solver. HIGHLY ORGANIZED.
