Position Description:
The Financial Systems team supports the Corporate Accounting department through the development, implementation and administration of the department's financial systems. The Financial Systems team acts as a liaison between the Accounting, Finance, IT and Internal Audit departments to help meet StepStone Group's company-wide initiatives related to client service, financial reporting and compliance.
The Financial Systems Analyst will be an integral member of the Financial Systems team and will be responsible for assisting the Financial Systems Senior Manager and Financial Systems Managing Director with financial systems maintenance, project management, compliance documentation and technical support. This role is an opportunity to support the Corporate Accounting leadership's objectives of gaining efficiencies through the effective utilization of the organization's financial systems. The Financial Systems Analyst will report to the Financial Systems Senior Manager.

Salary Range - $65,000 - $78,000
The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience. The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
