We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Test Lead to join our team in the health insurance sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 offshore data testers and ensuring the quality and accuracy of our data processing systems. This role requires a strong background in ETL tools, SQL scripting, and data testing. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 3-4 offshore data testers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Develop, execute, and maintain complex SQL scripts to validate data transformations and ensure data integrity. Utilize Informatica as the primary ETL tool, with a future transition to Azure Data Factory (ADF). Design and implement test strategies, plans, and cases for data validation and ETL processes. Conduct thorough testing of data pipelines, including data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes. Ensure compliance with data quality standards and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality solutions. Utilize QuerySurge for automated data testing and validation. Test and validate health insurance claims data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Data Test Lead or similar role in the health insurance industry. Strong proficiency in SQL scripting and complex query development. Extensive experience with Informatica and Azure Data Factory (ADF). Hands-on experience with Right Data for data testing and validation. Familiarity with health insurance claims data and testing processes. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other ETL tools and data testing frameworks. Knowledge of data governance and regulatory compliance in the health insurance industry. Certification in Informatica, Azure Data Factory, or related technologies.
