Position: Finance Intern
Location: Columbus Ohio
Pay Rate: $25 per hour

Superior is looking for highly motivated and energetic students to participate in our internship program during the Summer 2026 term (May August). When you join Superior you join a national leader in electrical design and addition to your day-to-day responsibilities we provide our interns with lunch-and-learns leadership training career prep unique jobsite visits and beyond.

Under the guidance of our Finance team youll gain exposure to project finance financial planning and analysis financial reporting and construction lifecycles. This role is based at our headquarters in Columbus Ohio.

Key Responsibilities

• Audit the set-up of new project work in the accounting system
• Assist in preparing the monthly Cost Projection templates with project managers
• Assist the FP&A team with the reconciliation of labor and non-labor expenses to budgets
• Support the project team by assembling backup for pay applications
• Assist the Project Finance and FP&A teams with various ad hoc requests

• Youre organized great at prioritization and have a strong attention to detail
• Youre able to exercise confidentiality and discretion with sensitive information

Education

• Required: You must be currently enrolled at an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Finance Accounting or Operations
