Job Description

This Director will manage pre and post event planning & operations for our on-site and off-site schedule. We're growing and looking for a growth minded individual. The right fit will be organized, resourceful, creative and demonstrate an immediate presence with all other moving parts and people. This should be the easy part.

Develop new relationships and create new opportunities. You'll work freely and accomplish your goals while reporting directly to the Founder/Owner/Operator. This is an opportunity to develop a new chapter of your professional life and curate your own lifestyle.

Responsibilities

Manage and develop an events calendar

Compile lists for planning

Follow lists and plans for production

Incorporate technology and social platforms for post event visibility

Collaborate with multiple vendors and help everyone achieve their goals

Present ideas clearly and complete your projects with purpose

Qualifications

Exhibit a desire to continue learning and interacting with new technology. Understand and navigate the power of select social media platforms and how they're important to us. Clear and concise writing skills to be used in both formal writing and informal communication. Be prepared to pick-up the phone, sometimes it is the best option. Great interpersonal skillset, you must exhibit an ability to carry a conversation when it's your turn and give space for others to speak when being hospitable and welcoming. Pouring Wine, Tending Bar and/or creating cocktails in a high volume environment will have prepared you well.
