The day-to-day: On a day day basis, the Digital Marketing Specialist will perform duties pertaining to the following:

• Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to improve processes, identify trends, and highlight performance opportunities
• Review, measure, and analyze customer engagement through MRR’s technology platforms
• Leverage key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify insights and provide recommendations for continuous improvement
• Generate, analyze, and distribute recurring reports to ensure stakeholders are informed to support data-driven decisions

What you bring:

• Advanced project management and organizational skills
• Minimum 3 years in a data analytics/marketing analytics (5 – 7 years preferred)
• Minimum 5 years in the multifamily industry
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with senior leadership
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management, staff, business representatives, clients, vendors, residents, and the public.
