Job Description

Our client, an education non-profit, is seeking a long-term temporary Digital Community Program Manager to support their team!

About The Job:

• Oversee the development and implementation of virtual communities.
• Define objectives and implement strategies to drive participation and retention.
• Manage program timelines, goals, budgets, and KPIs.
• Work cross-functionally on projects, fostering teamwork and acting as the team liaison.
• Other tasks as assigned.

About you:

• 5+ years of strong digital program management experience is required
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required.
• Proficient in portfolio management tools.
• Previous non-profit experience required!
• Organized/detail-oriented with excellent communication and multitasking skills.

About the Position:

• Pays $40/hr-$45/hr, depending on experience.
• Temporary for up to 2 years.
• Starting ASAP!
• Hours are 9am-5pm.
