Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a smile and escort them to their tables.
• Control the flow of seating, maintain guest lists, and enforce check procedures.
• Assign and supervise side duties, ensuring all stations are set up before staff departure.
• Manage reservation books, handle incoming calls, and note special requests.
• Stay knowledgeable about menu items, prices, and service procedures.
• Maintain appearance and cleanliness standards in all service areas.
• Be visible on the dining room floor and accessible to guests, staff, and management.
• Check tables daily to ensure proper settings.
• Assist with side work, bussing tables, and taking cocktail orders.
• Communicate guest requests and concerns to management.
• Practice safe work habits.

Minimum Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; training provided.
