What would you do as a Administrative Medical Assistant (Client Services) As a Full-Time Administrative Medical Assistant/Client Services Representative at Genview DX, your daily responsibilities will revolve around providing exceptional support to our clients via phone or email for training, compliance, ordering and account reviews. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Answer phones, email and customer inquiries as a priority Coordinate/Train new customers for proper specimen collections Supports pre-analytics and accessioning in review for accuracy and proper completion. Assists leadership to ensure objectives for internal and external requirements are met..
