About the Role:

The Wingstop Restaurant Supervisor II plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of multiple Wingstop locations. This position is responsible for overseeing daily restaurant activities, maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. The supervisor will lead and motivate team members to deliver an exceptional dining experience while adhering to company policies and health regulations. They will also manage inventory, handle scheduling, and resolve any operational issues promptly to maximize productivity and profitability. Ultimately, this role is essential in driving customer satisfaction and supporting the overall success and growth of the Wingstop brand in these locations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or food service industry.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• Previous experience specifically within a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment.
• Proficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
• Leadership training or certification.
• Bilingual abilities to effectively communicate with diverse team members and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high levels of customer service and operational excellence.
• Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage stock to prevent shortages or waste.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all assigned locations.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to maintain positive guest relations.
• Prepare work schedules and manage labor costs while ensuring adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to support employee development.
• Collaborate with management to implement promotional activities and improve operational procedures.
