Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Lead to oversee our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring efficient processes, and leading a team to meet our operational goals. Full Benefit Package.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate stock control processes
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse procedures to optimize productivity
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Monitor and analyze warehouse performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
- Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and well-maintained
- Load and unload heavy equipment

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations
- Forklift experience
Compensation details: 24-24 Hourly Wage
