Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and/or BSN, 3+ years as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) or Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), and a complete understanding of diabetes care principles. Preferred qualifications include healthcare-related certifications, contact center experience, motivational interviewing skills, and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English. The role requires a dedicated home workspace, strong time management, communication, and documentation skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
