Job Description

The producer will Independently execute on sponsored client’s projects and deliver assets within the scope and requirements that were set. They have a track record of managing a high volume of deliverables across a diverse set of clients.

Overview:

• Manage the trafficking of all video project requests to vetted video production companies, ensuring briefs were complete, budgets met requirements, and cultural / language considerations were included in partner selection.
• Ensure all projects are tracked accurately and data inputs in Monday.com align with production guidelines and project details.
• Conduct timely project kickoffs, ensuring all brief details are inputted and alignment is achieved across all stakeholders and approve final asset for payment.
• Build project timelines and approve budgets for qualifying ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests.
• Proactively manage potential challenges during project kickoff and provide creative solutions.

• Creative and analytical skills
• Strong ability to manage a high volume of projects in a timely manner.
• Understanding of the landscape and new developments in new media, tech, and brands

Required Years of Experience

• 3-5 years experience in production / project management role

Desired Skills

• Experience and knowledge of the advertising industry
• Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workload
• Strong communications skills – clear and direct written and verbal
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in fast-paced environment
• Ability to find optimizations to process that drive faster turn-around times while upholding creative quality.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills -- attention to detail is crucial
• Experience with project management and CRM tools (Monday.com, Salesforce)
