About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President for Executive Search, a strategic and experienced talent acquisition professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading executive search projects, particularly for senior leadership and high-level fundraising roles within the non-profit sector. This role requires the management of a personal sales portfolio, driving sales, and contributing to business development. The Vice President will also be expected to maintain excellent relationships with candidates, clients, and a network of non-profit leaders, as well as to represent the firm at various events, including conferences and webinars. Comprehensive training in the company's executive search model will be provided, and the role demands a commitment to excellence, innovation, and best practices in client engagement. Key qualifications for this position include leadership experience in executive search, consulting, talent acquisition, non-profit management, or fundraising, and a demonstrated ability or strong interest in building a robust consulting portfolio. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in public-facing roles, skilled in facilitating large group discussions, and have a strong track record in project management. Experience in working with board members and executive leadership teams, excellent communication skills, and a quick adaptability to new technologies, including AI, are essential. The role also requires a commitment to developing others, providing mentorship, and fostering professional growth among team members. The candidate should be willing and able to travel nationally for client meetings, business development, and industry conferences.
