We are seeking a UX Designer who thrives in complexity. This role requires deep experience navigating enterprise-scale environments and contributing to multi-layered, cohesive design systems. The ideal candidate is a structured thinker with a passion for solving intricate user experience challenges in a collaborative, research-driven product environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to highly complex design initiatives across multiple touchpoints within a large-scale, enterprise ecosystem.
- Translate business and user needs into elegant, consistent experiences aligned with our enterprise design system.
- Operate within a highly structured design process to ensure seamless integration of UX efforts across the organization.
- Maintain consistency and clarity while working within a layered design system to support the creation of scalable, user-centered products.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of UX design experience, including substantial time spent on enterprise-scale, complex digital products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including features such as Auto Layout, component libraries, prototyping, and responsive design principles.
- Proven experience with design system implementation, ideally within an enterprise environment.
Must have a portfolio that showcases in-depth case studies and the explanation of research or human centered design supporting the product.
Position will be onsite (4 days a week) in Plano, Texas. Relocation is not provided.
