We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our growing digital team. In this permanent role, you will play a key part in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital solutions that enhance user satisfaction. Responsibilities:
• Design and develop user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for both web and mobile platforms.
• Create intuitive interfaces for customer-facing applications as well as internal tools.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective user experiences.
• Continuously analyze user feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.
• Partner with development teams to ensure responsive, accessible, and scalable implementation of designs.
• Advocate for user-centered design principles and foster a strong UX culture within the organization.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.
• Provide creative input and take ownership of design projects from concept to execution
