We are looking for a talented User Experience (UX) Designer to join our growing digital team. In this permanent role, you will play a key part in creating intuitive and visually appealing digital solutions that enhance user satisfaction. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative individual who thrives on collaboration and is passionate about designing user-centered web and mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user-friendly wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for both web and mobile platforms.

• Create intuitive interfaces for customer-facing applications as well as internal tools.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective user experiences.

• Continuously analyze user feedback and behavior to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency across all digital products.

• Partner with development teams to ensure responsive, accessible, and scalable implementation of designs.

• Advocate for user-centered design principles and foster a strong UX culture within the organization.

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team.

• Provide creative input and take ownership of design projects from concept to execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, supported by a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and experience creating wireframes and prototypes.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, as well as frameworks like React, Vue, or Angular.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Keen eye for detail, with a focus on creating seamless user experiences and visually engaging designs.
• Familiarity with agile development environments and the ability to adapt to fast-paced workflows.
• Experience in building and maintaining digital design systems is a plus.
