Compensation Range: $155,000 – $170,000/year up to $10,000 bonus relocation assistance
Job Description:
Lead and architect UiPath RPA solutions for federal government clients, driving end-to-end implementations and team leadership.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Lead UiPath Professional Service engagements with a team of 2-5 resources
Provide technical guidance, design, and oversight during implementations
Identify and qualify RPA developers, Business Analysts, and Solution Architects
Develop sustainable RPA solutions to ensure client adoption
Mentor technical engineers in RPA practices and career growth
Evangelize UiPath solutions by identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions
Create and review Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance and HR departments
Support clients including DoD, USDA, and SSA
Travel up to 20% to client sites in the National Capital Region
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
US Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or above
Bachelor's Degree (Computer Science preferred) or equivalent experience
4 years hands-on UiPath development experience (primary RPA platform)
6 years in object-oriented programming (C#, C , VB, Java, or Python)
Experience with RPA and Document Understanding in UiPath
Infrastructure integration experience using APIs
Proven leadership in UiPath development teams and full-scale automation projects
Experience with Government clients and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
Strong business acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills
UiPath Professional Certification (Solution Architect or Developer Professional)
Nice-to-Haves:
Fluency in additional languages beyond English
