Entry Level Truck Driver Trainees Needed

We are looking for Class A CDL drivers who have received their Class A CDL with academy training in the last 2 years with at least 120 hours of training, but have  NO DRIVING EXPERIENCE. You must be able to provide a copy of your completion certificate from the school that you attended to obtain your Class A CDL. Here’s How It Works:

• We will conduct a brief phone interview to make sure that you qualify.
• Upon successful completion of your interview, you will then complete an online application.
• After your app is received, one of our intake specialists will call you to speak with you.
• Once approved we will then get you set up for our paid 1 day orientation. 
• You will be required to complete some pre-employment screenings, as well as a background check t include hair & urine tests.
• Once you successfully complete your screening, background check and orientation, we will get you set up for your paid training
• You will be picked up by a trainer and drive in various states for 4 weeks to get your required behind-the-wheel hours in. Paid $650 per week during the 4 weeks
• After your training, you will come home for a few days for a break. 
• Once your home time is complete, you will be dispatched out & begin driving solo as an experienced driver. You will also receive a very good pay raise, as well. $1200 average per week plus stop pay. 
• We offer dedicated, regional and OTR positions . All positions are subject to location & availability. 
• You will receive an excellent full benefits package in 30 days. Riders and pets are always welcome per our rider and pet policy. 
• All of our trucks are newer, well maintained automatics. All drivers will have a fridge in their truck, along with a new mattress and a flat screen TV mount

To get started you will need:

·  A valid Class A CDL License that you received within the last 2 years from at least a 120 hour training Academy

·  A valid DOT medical card and be 21 years old

·  Your trucking school completion certificate

·  You must also be able to pass all DOT related tests & pre-employment screenings (hair and urine)

· Must have a fairly clean MVR with little to no tickets/accidents and little to no criminal background history

Must have held a valid driver's license within the last 12 months

No DUI's in the last 5 years

No SAP drivers
