At Vacation Innovations, we don’t just follow trends—we set them . Responsibilities/Duties: Sell vacation packages to members and inquiring leads over the phone. Convert prospected leads into sales opportunities. Persuade guests to book certain property months according to goals that are established. Upsell base packages and offer promotions outlined by management to increase revenue. Maintain clear and accurate notations in SalesForce. Handle incoming and outgoing calls via RingCentral phone system. Assist guests with questions about the vacation properties, packages, and procedures. Implement solutions and handle escalated situations, with management approval. Participate in ongoing professional sales training. Ability to build rapport and overcome objections. Meet agent daily, monthly, and weekly sales revenue metrics. Maintain an upbeat, positive, and motivated demeanor especially when interacting with guests, coworkers, and managers. Follow all company and department policies and procedures. Regular and consistent attendance. Any additional duties that may be assigned to meet business needs. Key Skills/Qualifications: Timeshare or Hospitality Contact Center sales experience a plus High School Diploma or equivalent level of education Highly motivated, self‑starter Capable of articulating professionally to customers Ability to effectively manage time, a strong sense of urgency applied to all tasks Candidates should be able to type 30 WPM or faster .
