• Unit: OB (Labor & Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum)\n
• Contract Length: 13 weeks\n
• Start Date: September 22, 2025\n
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week\n
• Shift: 12-hour day shifts (4:30 AM – 5:00 PM)\n
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend, rotating holidays\n
• Float Requirements: May float to Med/Surg as needed\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1990-$2130\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in WI or compact state (Iowa RN license accepted)\n
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) required\n
• Current NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification\n
• Current AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent OB/Labor & Delivery nursing experience\n
• Experience in Critical Access Hospital and Med/Surg settings required\n
• Epic charting experience preferred\n
• Must begin medical compliance process within 48 hours of offer acceptance (24 hours for quick start)\n

\n\nLabor & Delivery Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to laboring, delivering, and postpartum patients in a low-risk OB setting\n
• Monitor and assess mothers and newborns, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the birthing process\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to provide high-quality patient care\n
• Float to Med/Surg unit as needed, supporting a diverse patient population\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation using Epic (preferred)\n
• Participate in weekend and holiday rotations as scheduled\n
• Adhere to hospital policies, procedures, and compliance requirements\n
