AlliedTravelCareers is working with Windsor Healthcare Recruitment Group, Inc. to find a qualified Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Fort Pierce, Florida, 34954!Pay Information$2,300 per weekAbout The PositionMust have hospital acute care case management experience and acute care discharge experience Unit Information: SOCIAL WORKER (917) Facility: HCA FLORIDA LAWNWOOD HOSPITAL Address: 1700 S 23rd Street, Fort Pierce, FL 34954 Floor: Building: Cost Center: 917 General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds: 344 beds at acute care hospital (excluding BH and acute rehab) Patient Ratios: SW if pair with Matrix of another RN will work Complex case of 8 or 9. If they are just covering DC planning then will have 1:25 or up to 30 Documentation System: MIDAS/Meditech, Nate, Navihealth, Care Team Assignment Call Requirements: All work every third weekend Floating policy: All Social workers float-except trauma.
