What To Expect
As a Tesla Advisor, your primary focus is on enhancing operational efficiency to boost store productivity. Your role is pivotal in supporting and enabling our Customer Experience, Tesla Advisors, and Management teams by providing them with the tools they need to meet and surpass their targets. Your proactive organizational support is crucial for maximizing performance and productivity. We are seeking a candidate with both the skills to create an exceptional client experience and a genuine commitment to the cause of sustainable energy. What You'll Do Prepare customer loan and DMV documents and collaborate with other employees to ensure successful delivery appointmentsDemonstrate expertise in selling the Tesla eco-systemOperationalize Tesla Scheduling Service Calendar and oversee facilities and fleet managementMaintain brand and EHS standards, cascading feedback to local teamsManage expenses and execute keyholder responsibilities including opening/closing of store and conducting morning/evening huddlesCompile reports for performance improvement and support new hire onboarding and trainingPerform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs
What You'll Bring At least 1 year of related experienceProactive team member and ability to develop collaborative relationshipsHighly organized and excellent written and verbal communication skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)Ability to work evening hours, weekends, and holidays in a retail environmentAbility to obtain appropriate state licensing, where applicableValid driver's license required

Expected Compensation
$18.72 - $33.48/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
