Who We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a Technical Writer to support the Customer Services Team that oversees education data systems. The role involves creating, updating, and maintaining user-facing documentation, training resources, and external communications to support these platforms and ensure an accessible user experience for Wisconsin's education community.
Note : Primarily remote, but in-person travel or attendance at work events in Madison, WI is expected to be approximately 1–2 times per month.
Initial duration : through 6/30/26 with extension likely.
Compensation: $18-20/hr + health, dental, vision insurance and 401k.
