Job Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Tax Manager at Chen & Fan Accountancy Corporation in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for timely and accurate preparation and review of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns. It is essential that this candidate brings analytical and organizational skills in order to best support, instruct, and lead colleagues .

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Prepare individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120S, and 1120).
• Ability to lead colleagues and complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Communicate with clients directly.
• Communicate with IRS representatives regarding various tax matters, and respond to IRS and state agency audits, inquiries, and tax notices.
• Manage assignments and deliverables due date.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting required. MS in taxation preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in taxation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when multitasking is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin.
