We’re hiring a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer for a leading Software Engineering Services company . This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ServiceNow expert ready to step into a leadership role.

In this position, you’ll drive architecture, development, and optimization of complex ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules. You'll mentor junior developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver high-impact enhancements using best-in-class practices. Responsibilities

• Lead platform architecture, governance, and best practices for ServiceNow implementations.
• Design and develop advanced workflows, scripts, and system integrations.
• Enhance and maintain modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and GRC.
• Develop secure, scalable integrations using REST, SOAP, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
• Mentor junior team members and promote development best practices.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.
• Optimize system performance and automate repeatable tasks.
• Ensure adherence to security policies and change management protocols.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and platform scripting.
• Experience with key ServiceNow modules: Incident, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog, etc.
• Skilled in third-party integrations (e.g., Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce).
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Application Developer).
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, or custom app development.
• Familiarity with ITIL v4 frameworks.
