Overview i3 is seeking a Senior Level Web Developer with an interest in web applications, website design, and cloud architecture. In this role, you will primarily be working on a product that enables virtual training. As part of the core team, you will help develop critical capabilities for a cloud-based training distribution platform. This is a hands-on technical role requiring expert-level technical skills to implement features, troubleshoot issues, and assist with defining and utilizing best practices. This position is located at our Huntsville office with the option of local hybrid work. Responsibilities Candidate will develop software in C#, with an emphasis in ASP.NET, Blazor, and some frontend design. Candidate will develop software designs using best practices and object-oriented methodologies. Software will be developed using an agile-scrum development style, in conjunction with a multi-disciplinary team including creative designers and software developers. Candidate will be familiar with good configuration management practices and will be responsible for proper code maintenance, merging, and configuration management. Position Location: Huntsville, AL CONUS Travel required: Less than 10% Qualifications Required Experience: Bachelor’s degree (or advanced degree) from an accredited college (ABET preferred) in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or the hard sciences. 10 or more years of relevant experience required. 5+ years of experience with C# and .NET Blazor experience is a must with ideally 3+ years Strong experience creating and working with RESTful APIs Proven experience across the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement gathering and refinement, design, implementation, automated testing, and deployment. Experience with Agile development methodology and associated tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with source control tools and modern branching strategies Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on quality and a positive, team-focused mindset. Security Clearance: Candidate must have the ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance. Be a US citizen.
