Dolphins are incredibly smart. One of their most fascinating traits is one we dont fully understand: they can produce a clicking sound (for echolocation and problem-solving, such as finding fish) and a whistle (to communicate with their pod) simultaneously. In other words, they can solve complex individual tasks while staying deeply connected to the group. Were not hiring a dolphin, but we are looking for someone with the same knack for juggling two things at once: a content designer/writer who can write sharp, helpful, and on-brand content for our banking product and zoom out to shape the systems, guidelines, and strategies that help a whole team communicate better.

The total rewards package at Mercury includes base salary, equity (stock options), and benefits. Our salary and equity ranges are highly competitive within the SaaS and fintech industry and are updated regularly using the most reliable compensation data. New hire offers are made based on a candidates experience, expertise, geographic location, and internal pay equity relative to peers.
