At Stretch Zone, we believe that nothing is more important than your own health. As a Sales Associate at Stretch Zone, your primary job is to help people realize their own goals through our unique membership model of practitioner assisted stretching.

Responsibilities

• Drive membership sales to each guest who comes into Stretch Zone.
• Support the front desk and provide excellent customer service by greeting everyone who comes through the door with a smile, scheduling all appointments, answering the phone, and addressing any member concerns.
• Own member retention by following the daily operation guides, excellent customer service, and consistent follow-ups.
• Promote the value behind practitioner-assisted stretching by hitting all sales goals, encouraging add-on sessions, and actively working to improve your sales skills.
• Protect the culture of Stretch Zone by building a positive and professional relationship with all members and team members.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Some sales experience is required. We offer in-depth training and support.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Must be able to work nights (Until 7 pm) and weekends.
• Must be a "people person".

Compensation

• Hourly pay at $12 - 14 hour based on Experience
• Commissions for sales
• Opportunity for merit based bonus'
