We’re looking for an experienced RPA Developer to join our growing technology team supporting our clients in the education sector. In this role, you will act as an RPA subject matter expert—analyzing, designing, and developing intelligent automation solutions that will transform and streamline business operations using UiPath and other modern automation tools. Your Role & Responsibility Analyze processes for RPA suitability, identify automation opportunities, define value propositions, re-engineer processes to improve automation potential and recommend process automation approach/strategy using RPA, Machine Learning and other automation methods and tools. Using leading RPA tools such as UiPath, develop scalable and efficient process automations and reusable components that can be leveraged across different IT systems and services. Define, promote and utilize best practices for RPA capabilities. Work with internal solution analysts and business SMEs to ensure requirements are thorough and complete. Design, document, develop and execute test plans from business requirements. Identify advanced use cases for application of chatbot applications, Machine Learning, Cognitive AI platform services. Manage end-to-end delivery of such projects whilst working with college internal functional managers and ICT team, and other external resources. Your Profile Bachelor's degree in engineering, Science, Mathematics or Information/Computer Science related field. 4+ Years of experience working with programming languages (preferably .Net, VB). At least 2 years of end-to-end lifecycle implementation experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with leading platforms. Strong understanding of RPA technologies, solutions and underlying IT services. Advanced UiPath Certification and Robotic Enterprise Framework experience. Ability to work with globally dispersed teams in a DevOps and Agile manner. Good communications skills working in an international environment. Self-driven, motivated, and can work with limited supervision. Nice to have skills: Experience with Machine Learning or AI modelling, OCR feature extraction and solution integration. Experience with an Automation Stack (C#, PowerShell, SQL, VBA, Python, JavaScript, REST API). Experience with Cloud Infrastructure deployments/design (Azure/ AWS/ Google). Experience with source control (e.g. Git Hub), Continuous Integration (CI), Delivery/Deployment (CD) and Testing (CT); large enterprise applications, e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, Workday etc. Your Benefits Be part of an epic team and a company that highly encourages your career development!
