Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Proactively greet and interact with Guests in a friendly, outgoing manner while completing job tasks
• Clean and change trash can liners and trash cans throughout the day
• Maintain the overall cleanliness of restrooms throughout the day by following all guidelines and checklists applied to restroom cleanliness
• Ensure that toilets, urinals, and all other restroom surfaces are properly cleaned and disinfected
• Ensure restroom floors are dry and free of debris
• Maintain proper stock levels in all restroom dispensers and storage locations
• Assist with cleaning and wiping down patio tables and chairs
• Assist with sweeping patios, streets, flowerbeds, and grassy areas
• Follow all proper cleaning procedures including proper equipment and chemical usage
• Follow all proper procedures for cleaning blood borne pathogens and guest illnesses
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Maintain a regular and prompt attendance record
• Enhance the Guest experience by proactively interacting with Guests while cleaning
• Maintain Six Flags Guest First Standards
• Other duties as deemed necessary by the Park Services Leadership team
Skills and Qualifications:
• Minimum Age: 16
• Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Must be willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must have strong oral communication skills
• Must be professional, self-motivated, the ability to multi-task and have an enthusiastic attitude
• Must have strong teamwork skills and the ability to work with others
Other Functions: All other duties assigned or necessary to support the park as a whole.
