About The Role
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing aspects of the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring outstanding guest satisfaction, team motivation, and smooth service execution. This role demands a dynamic leader with a keen eye for detail, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage both people and processes in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a management role within a luxury hospitality environment
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Understanding of high-end service etiquette and guest expectations
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
