Our client is a  fast-moving construction company looking for a  QuickBooks Online Advanced pro who’s ready to dive straight into the numbers and keep their books running like clockwork. This is a  get-in-the-weeds, detail-driven role — you’ll manage job costing, AR aging reports, invoicing, deposits, and licensing without missing a beat.

What You’ll Own

• QuickBooks Online Advanced Expertise – Navigate QBOA like a pro; no learning curve.
• Job Costing – Accurately track labor, materials, subcontractors, and overhead for every project.
• Automated AR Aging Reports – Set up and maintain reports every Friday to keep leadership in the know.
• Invoicing & Deposits – Create, process, and track invoices and deposits with precision.
• POS System Management – Maintain clean, accurate data and resolve any issues quickly.
• Licensing Management – Renew and maintain all vehicle and contractor licenses and certifications on schedule.
• Problem-Solving – Identify when something’s off in the numbers and fix it before it impacts the business.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Proven  expert-level skill in QuickBooks Online Advanced.
• Strong background in  construction bookkeeping with job costing.
• Solid AR management experience (aging reports, invoicing, deposits).
• POS system knowledge and licensing management experience.
• Detail-obsessed with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and own your role.
