MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center located in Clinton Maryland is seeking a Critical Care Medicine Program Director who will be responsible for the direction and development of critical care services, including assisting with strategic development, recruitment, and creation and implementation of performance metrics with a focus on quality care and safety.

Requirements

• Must be board certified/eligible in critical care medicine
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience as critical care provider
• Commitment to clinical excellence is mandatory
• Broad cognitive and technical skills in the critical care setting is required
• Ability to communicate well with the medical team and family

MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center is a 358-bed full-service acute care and 24-bed sub-acute care facility with approximately 65,000 emergency room visits and 20,000 admissions each year.
