Duties

Your Responsibilities (Training That Transforms)


• Research & Evaluation: Conduct literature reviews on best practices in educational psychology, Socio-Emotional Learning (SEL), and non-cognitive skill development.
• Data Collection: Assist in designing and implementing small-scale research projects (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to gather ethical data on student well-being and community engagement.
• Program Development: Help develop data-informed parent/community engagement programs based on sociological research to strengthen school-family partnerships.
• Staff Support: Support teachers and counselors in interpreting and applying data related to student behavior and academic interventions.
• Reporting: Create clear, concise reports summarizing research findings and recommendations for practical application.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a program in Psychology, Sociology, Education, or Social Work.
• Familiarity with research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative) and ethical data collection practices.
• A proven passion for K-12 education, student development, and family engagement.
