Job Description

Crest Holdings is a California based real estate development company with the diverse product mix of ground up mix use developments, adaptive reuse of industrial to creative office as well as core holdings in medical office and hospitality projects. Please visit: We are currently looking for a talented individual to work on our ground-up and renovation of medium to large-scale multi-family residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects. Candidates must be self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage all aspects of a project.

The Ideal Candidate has

• Outstanding design abilities with a passion for crafting exceptional spaces and interiors
• Strong skills in Rhino and Revit
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to collaborate effectively in teams and within a studio setting
• A deep commitment to detail and precision in drawings and designs

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on architectural projects ranging from $500,000 to $50 million in construction value
• Work on new construction and renovation projects across public, education, arts & culture, commercial, and luxury residential sectors
• Develop design concepts and details
• Produce technical drawings and models
• Work with design teams and contribute to all phases of project development
• Contribute to crafting schematic designs, design development, and construction documents

Qualifications

• B. Arch or M. Arch degree from a U.S.-based school of architecture
• Minimum of five (5) years of U.S.-based professional experience in architectural design
• Proficiency in Rhino and Revit
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

This is a part-time position - salary will range between $80-$100/hr depending on the candidate's experience. Qualified individuals should:
